As students at the University of Georgia, it is easy to find fun ways to spend our time - whether it be attending football games or listening to local music downtown. Alpha Lambda Delta at UGA provides opportunities for it's members to step outside campus and downtown to serve the city of Athens so that we may do our part to improve this community we are honored to call our second home. We help out in a variety of ways - from volunteering at 5Ks to making blankets for children at the Athens Area Homeless Shelter. With one of the highest poverty rates in the United States, Athens-Clarke County needs ALD members to share our time, our energy, and our love with this community.
